After graduating from Clemson University in 2002 with a BS in Business Management, Ben moved to Hilton Head Island where he started his mortgage career. After working for a regional bank, and then JP Morgan Chase, he helped to get Hilton Head Mortgage in business in 2006. Ben felt that larger banks and corporations didn't have the product flexibilty and competitive rates necessary to compete in Hilton Head's unique and very competitive mortgage market. He became a partner in the company in January of 2008. He prides himself on staying on top of current market changes and trends, as well as being available anytime for his clients and real estate professionals.
